Xclusive BootCamps

Xclusive BootCamp is where it all started for us. A type of training that can be scaled to any ability. Whether you are an expert in the gym or a complete novice all sessions can be scaled accordingly. A whole body approach of strength & conditioning type training designed to build strength and compliment fat loss.

Xclusive Tabata

Tabata is a type of HIIT workout that aims to yield the most benefits in a short amount of time. For each exercise you do 8 rounds of 20 seconds of strenuous exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest. This class is unique to Xclusive Fitness as its performed in a darkened room with disco lights and pumping tunes always an amazing atmosphere great fun work out whilst burning loads of calories.

Xclusive ABS & Core Class

This class is a mix of mat body weight exercises and machine exercises, Core strength is so important a strong core will make all your training and lifts in the gym so much easier and outside of the gym a strong core helps with everyday tasks such as getting out of bed, getting up off the floor and crucially with balance whcih will help prevent falls etc.

Xclusive HYROX Style Class

HYROX Is a class designed to teach the basics of HYROX whilst giving you a great workout.
The exercises in HYROX include:
Sled Push/Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Rowing, SkiErg, Farmers Carry, Lunges, Wall Balls.Running.
